‘Vampire: The Masquerade’ 6th Edition in the Works; World of Darkness Boss Unveils Franchise’s Transmedia Plans

The long-awaited 6th edition of “Vampire: The Masquerade” is in active development at publisher White Wolf amid a flurry of transmedia development for the entire World of Darkness franchise.

“Vampire: The Masquerade 6th Edition” was announced Thursday at Gen Con 2026 by World of Darkness creative director Jess Lanzillo as the first project to be developed and published in-house since the tabletop role-playing game maker’s relaunch in 2025.
